We hope your order from SahaCrafts brings a smile to your face - just like it did when we packed it with love 💝. While we’d love everything to be perfect every time, we understand that sometimes things happen. So here’s our happy-but-honest take on returns and exchanges 👇

🔁 Return? Not Quite. Exchange? Yes, If Needed!

We do not accept returns, but we do allow exchanges - only if something arrived damaged or defective. (We’re only human, and sometimes, even pretty packages can get a little bruised in transit! 😞📦)

📅 Kindly reach out within  *48 HOURS* of receiving your parcel if there's an issue. After that, the exchange window closes like a fairytale door 🏰✨.

📋 Exchange Checklist

To qualify for an exchange:

·        Item must be unused, unworn, and still wearing its original tags and packaging (we like our pieces looking their Sunday best 🌼).

·        Keep your order ID or receipt handy (that’s your golden ticket 🎟️).

·        Easy-peasy instructions for sending the item back

💸 Refunds (If We’ve Promised One!)

In rare cases where a refund is applicable:

·        You’ll receive the amount back to your original payment method within 10 business days
